All flats are fully furnished complete with linen, cutlery, etc.
Minimum rental period is one week and thereafter can be per day pro rata
Flats are available from 1pm on the day requested and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure
Rental must be paid in full on or before arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Booking must be guaranteed by one of the following:- American Express Credit Card, Company Letter or Banker’s Draft for one week’s rent. To make a firm reservation, a deposit of £100 per week is required which, upon arrival, is held towards use of telephone and any damages. The booking fee of £25 is non-refundable.
Unless the property can be re-let, bookings cancelled more than fourteen days before arrival are subject to a fee, and payment is due in full on bookings cancelled within fourteen days.
During your stay the telephone is put on a meter which covers all dialled units. Operator services are not apparent until the quarterly accounts are processed by British Telecom and then your deposit/bonds are cleared. This can take up to six months.
Number of persons permitted to occupy an apartment is the number for which beds are provided. In some flats beds/cots can be provided at extra cost.
Maid service, baby sitting, starter packs, etc. can be arranged at various costs.
Flats should be left in a clean and tidy state on departure, otherwise a charge may be levied for cleaning. Rubbish should be removed to the dustbins.
Tenants are advised to insure their belongings and valuables as the management is not responsible for their loss.
